Hi, I'm looking for someone to create a website template + CSS file for me.

It's just a simple website. Only things that have to be on it are.

The main page must have a nice lay-out with editable buttons to various links.

Must have a "Contact me" link that lets the user/visitor describe a problem or something else.

And if possible that it adds something to the email that I know whether the mail was sent throughout the Website form or not.

It must also contain a link to a page where we can post some pictures.

It must be a nice business looking lay-out. If someone could do that for me, That'd be awesome.

HTML and CSS is only for lay-out, you must code a contact form, not that hard with the php mail() function, also you can't make users submit pictures with html or css, you would need php, flash, java or any other for that.

For the contact form you would need php but an easy thing you could try is a program called artisteer it creates templates with a click of a button but to create a more in depth site you will need to know HTML/php maybe if I have time I can make you one but no promise.

Email Me Form it's a free HTML form for contact generator. I used to use it in my sites.

I created a basic template with artisteer for the design then edited it so some buttons work it has a php contact form a regular contact form, an area where you can place images THROUGH CODE I did not set up an actual gallery very basic but it should work for you as long as you know some code because there is no CMS whats so ever.
