Hiring Web Developers (PHP+)

Im looking to add a couple more developers to my web development team.

Required Skills
- extensive knowledge of php and mysql
- must be online 5+ hours a day
- native english speaker
- must have a portfolio or past references

Additional Skills (not required, but helpful)
- valid html/css coding
- knowledge in photoshop
- javascript


Developers hired by me will be working under my web development teams name (NODGraphics). You would be working on any range of php applications, and most likely building your own framework in some cases, or working together with others. You need to be able to work well in groups, but also be productive on your own. There is usually 1-2 developers that work together on projects, and get paid based on overall performance on the project. I usually get projects weekly, and sometimes 2-3 a week, so you need to be ready and willing to work. If i cant count on you your worthless to me.

Paychecks are usually $500-$1500 depending on the load (yes that's weekly).

I don't just accept any random person. You have to complete a small test application so i can judge your skill, if your up to par with my skill level then we will continue from there.

I am developing LAMP applications since PHP3.

Regarding MySQL: lots of projects involving insane amount of data processing.. etc etc.

I have extensive experience with adding Flash frontends to existing logic and the other way arround.

Currently i'm developing a web based reporting tool for my employer ERP system.

If you are still lokng for coders... i could compile an extended CV.

I have no Portfolio. And also I couldn't come to your company^^

I can design Websites with Photoshop and code them basically to HTML. I can do simple (or Copy&Paste) PHP functions, I know whats Possible and whats not.

Hello there.

First some info about myself: I'm 18 years old and will have a lot of free time untill January, 2010. I live in Sweden but I have no problem expressing myself in English and speak the language almost fluently.

I have been working with PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS and a bit of Javascript for a few years and have no trouble applying my knowledge in big projects. As far as my experience goes, I've had a small business of my own where I sold PHP codes but the customers didn't increase in the ratio I wanted so I chose to not continue.

Before I show you previous work I would like to know some more information regarding what kind of work your service does, what kind of customers you have and how the time schedule looks like.
