[VB] Possible IP Hider?

well what i want to know is this, is it possible to create a simple IP hider in VB 2008 ??? i googled it but its too many words im searching with so its messing up. If there is anyone who know a guide or can tell me plz post

IP hiders just connect to a proxy. Find a proxy and a way to alter your connection via VB and you're set!

hmmm :P dont really understand i know i should find a proxy (dunno what it really is) and then ?

A proxy is an IP which takes your web requests and sends them like they're its own.

Look into accessing the registry via vb.net (there's other posts on it here). The settings you're after are stored under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
