[Help] Program error

when i start my program everything works fine and it has several forms and 1 about box but if i open 1 new window in the program and i shut it down, form1 lockes and i have to close it with crl - alt -del...
Does any1 know how to fix this?? thx if some1 does ^^

your not giving enough information...
Is there any pop-up comming up or error message and if there is, what does it say?
What kind of VB are u using express 2008, vb6 etc.
