Thread by Apoc with a guide on using C#. Might wanna take a read of it, try and learn as much as you can yourself, and then see what you can do. If you've got the basics down (not even the whole book) and you're struggling with something, feel free to ask and we'll do our best to help. Spoonfeeding doesn't help you learn much. First read some C# ebooks and about .NET. Then pick up an ebook about XNA game studios

Google 'C# tutorials'.
Read up until you got the basics down, then take a look at XNA.
