    How would I do this?

How would I get a Progress Bar Control to work with a Webbrowser Control so that when it's loading a page the Progress bar is going up. and then when they go to a new page the progress bar resets and loads up again?

----P.S. Also if there is a ActiveX Control for Firefox I would love to know about it.
----P.S.S Additionally if there is anyway to get the webbrowser control to work with a proxy I would like to know about it.

It's ok if you can't help with the 2 additional questions but I would really like the first one to be answered.

Download the proxy file and read lines, discarding those that don't have an ip/port combo. Then send your request via proxy, for which you can likely find source code via Google. Hope that helps a bit. Oh, and for the progress thing, I had some code a long time ago for a download with progress, if you're interested, but that wasn't using the browser control.

Just check out the events exposed by the WebBrowser control. (There's events specific to load %)
