Best Language

I have a big favour to ask anyone who knows, whats the best language to use to make a online text-based browser game. Like i know PHP, SQL, HTML and some C/C++, but what would i use to make it ? Anyone know because this is really vital lol

Uuuh You would need HTML, PHP and SQL(maybe also Javascript), you don't need Flash if it's text-based game.

That's right. No need for Flash in text-based game...uuh what exactly is text-based browser game...you mean like the old text adventures?

PHP and SQL as stated, 'course HTML + CSS for the layout.
Those guys saying Flash might be because with flash you can make some neat stuff which would make the game cooler, because it can go with SQL. Like a character dresser or something (depending on what your gonna make).

If you've never had experince with Java, I see no reason for learning it for your text game.
