[Question]Program In Program?

Ok so I have done some research on this for the past two weeks or so, and I know this is possible just not certain on how to go about something like this. So anyways here is what I am trying to do...

Make a program in Visual Basic, THAT-
1. Has a open program tab, which I already have
2. Puts a program in a new form window "for instance wow"
3. BUT the form has a rename ability and you are also able to change the .ico of the form you are building.

So basically you are able to open a program in the program with the open tab in the original form you have, I have seen this done with a few programs but not actually manipulated in this way to be able to change the program you are opening name and icon.

Thus forth, if someone can help me with this or give me a direction of what I should use, I would greatly appreciate it and will offer +rep if one individual can give me a heads up on what to look for.

Yes, this is what I am trying to do, but, is it possible to change the icon of the program while in use like with a button/link to the ico? +rep so far for trying to help =P

I dont think it is possibly
I think only in a new form it can be changed

Put a bunch of .icos in the Resources and use them to change the Icon property of the form when a button is clicked.

The title is pretty easy tho.. just load form2 with the title of whatever is in textbox..

but dont know about the icon
