What would be the best way for me to make or intergrate a php news system into my web page.

would it just be easier making the tables in navicat then retrieving the information or an actual CMS system and edit the code some way to get it onto my web page?

I make my own custom cms', but you may find it easier just to use a 3rd party one. Depending on your site, drupal or wordpress.

You Could Maybe Use The PHP Includes Function

thanks i was looking to make my own but im guessing it takes a while and iframes suck lol
