    [Help] Joomla Help: Custom Content

    How do u make ur own custom content menu for a site http://220.237.7.230:8080/joomla/ This is my site
    I need Custom Content on the home page, not like an article but text that wont move when u upload a new article. to inform people what is on the server. and i need an other custom content page for instructions on how to connect to the server.

    can someone plz direct me to a joomla extension or tell me how to do it.

    Edit: Also how can i make a forum connected to this site that takes the same Registration as the home page because i dont want peopel having to remember to many passwords

    Its easy for forum just go to the joomla extensions and grab one that shares user info.


    For custom content theres an extension or you can make a static page by default, the home page in joomla is always under "main "menu" and not the content pages.

    If to confusing just use an extension that pushes static content on first page.

    ok ty does this make other static pages aswell i need more besides the home page

    you can make as many static/dynamic pages as you want and link any menu item to them.
