    [Help]Taskbar minimize?

Hello, I was just wondering if there is a way to make a button in VB 2008 with a code that...
    Code:
    I. Allows the user of the program minimize the application to the Task Bar near the time with a custom icon.
    Code:
II. Allows the user to right click it with the option "Restore to Original State." once clicked on it will require the password "bks1337" without the quotes.
    Code:
III. Allows the user of the program once minimized to task bar and you attempt to restore it to its original state, when you enter the correct password, it will restore the application the its original state you had it in without it resetting everything.
    Code:
IV. Finally the forth thing I would like it to is if you enter the wrong password it will go back to the task bar and the only way to get the program back up is if you enter the right password, end the application through the task manager, or restarting your whole computer.

The program I am using is VB 2008, the only thing I can offer is 1 Rep but would really appreciate it if anyone could code me something like this and then send me it, or tell me how I could code something like thing myself, so please, thanks and hope to hear from you!

look into NotifyIcon + ContextMenuStrip, they should be pretty self explanatory.
