1. Get skins to your applications coded in Visual Basics 2008?
2.Which is the best encryptor (NOT .NET REFLECTOR)
3. Which is the best decompiler (NOT .NET REACTOR)

As I've already told you in PM's;

Obfuscators (Encryptors as you put them):

• .NET Reactor
• Dotfuscator (Pro, not Community)
• Salamander

Decompilers:

• .NET Reflector
• Dis#
• IDA (Using the .NET views)
• ILASM (Provided by MS)

And as for skins, there's a whole bunch of things out there. Just search.
