There are quite a few decent templates sitting around the web, if you know where to look.

It's far better to just learn how to chop and change HTML/PHP than pay someone to do it for you.

CMS is Php in some cases...MySQL is just a db helper IN MY OPIOION!!!

But however I do great work for free for my enjoyment I will even pay for the hosting.
