I cant connect to HiedieSQL, MySQL, and SQLyog anymore, but i can before my comp updated, how do i fix this? and when that happened, i cant even turn on my server

Same thing happens with me when i restart my computer my MySQL server wont start, meaning i cant connect to it, meaning i have to make a new server EVERY time i restart my comp, i dont know why it does this but it does, im not to bothered by it becuase i never have anything that i cant remake in a bout 5 minutes, also i back up all my databases.
