Competitive/Quick play queue time request [need help]

Hi. I wanna build a little feature that will request competitive and quick play queue time at any given moment. Mostly this feature would be interesting for dps obviously. So i've got 2 questions that need to be answered. First, there should be an API that client is requesting when one's entering a page where queue time is shown. Second, anyone here experienced in decrypting TCP of overwatch? I was sniffing with wireshark and i found out exactly what packet is receiving this info, but how can i decrypt it without keys? Session keys via environmental varialble doesn't work for some reason.

You typically receive the packet at a programmatic level as opposed to a networking level; it's much easier to find it in a non encrypted state there.

Are you suggesting attaching a debugger? Debugging on windows is a dark forest to me. To be honest i was hoping for a simpler solution with known API. If that's not the case maybe i misunderstood.

I am talking about reverse engineering. There are various public OW APIs, although I don't know what you can access with them
