Remember that this is not mend for public games, the idea of this script is to do it yourself so people cannot report you.
If you get caught yes its bannable but I do not think this is detected.

The article also states for people to report boost lobbys, you should make your lobby private, zero spectators and invite only so people cannot watch what u do.
