Not really, that's not how any anti-cheats works at all. It's already confirmed that there has been a minor global banwave today.
As people are using macros, it's much harder to catch everyone but that doesn't stop them from releasing more banwaves, I've already witnessed of two banwaves today.

Because #Yolo, even after reports of being banned from this I have still played with it and I yet have been banned. They could've been reported and not had it set up right doing all types of 360's and spins and stuff. While I Pause and unpause it in situations i need it and dont need it. It runs smoothly and no detection for me, YET.

#EDIT - Few games later after posting this without pausing at all and using it the whole 2-3 games, No ban.

Anyone who is using public cheats runs into the risk of getting banned, no matter what.
Please don't spam the thread full that you get banned, everyone knows that you will get banned at some time, except you're very lucky.
PS: There's also a sticky thread in the Overwatch chat section where you can discuss bans without annoying anyone, called "Cry about your bans here"

#TripleEdit - 5 Hours Later of playing all night non stop with it. No reports, No one says I'm sus, A lot of POTG and you cant even tell i use it, No ban.

I don't have any recording program to record me using it. but I have been using it. Ill upload screenshots of my acct. though. No ban. ( I'm not exactly sure how blizzard lets you know when you are banned, But it lets me still play comp, no messages pop up, nothin. also my stats with mccree this season since i started using this. )

Nothing telling me I am banned or cannot play comp and lets me enter matches.

Started using McCree this season when I found this, and these are my stats so far with it.

Not sure why but when I scroll down in the stats it screenshots both my monitors. So I just thought I'd show how accurate it's been for me..

So far, I have been going 30-40+ kills 5-15 deaths each match past 2 days. No one reports or says anything, It is really good imo for it being free.
