Either a bot that is not public or a self-coded one. Question is, what Blizz detects in the cheat. If they only detect the process-names/build-names you could edit existing public sources to get your own one working. If they detect strings/functions you'll most likely get banned as well tho.
Personally I've asked a friend of mine if he can code me one which will not be publicly available so ban-chances should be small. Otherwise I'll stick to playing legit for a while (which is depressing lol)

If Blizzard is detecting process-names/exe's, maybe you could try hiding the process from their Anti-Cheat using the method described in this thread?: [Tutorial] Hide Any Program From the Anti-Cheat

I hope no one trusts this guy in the future. They took overjoint down and said they would work on fixing it to make it not get detected every 3 days. (no one else had that issue of being constantly detected) anyway, 3 months go by and they don't refund a single person, and there were 100's who had just paid when they took it down, not a single refund. They delay and delay about fixing it, then just disappear entirely. Deleted website and deleted discord.
Good ol exit scam.

Always be cautious what you pay for ....
When you make a purchase, you are investing in the bot makers character.
If you purchase a life license, understand the bot maker will not spend his whole life making/updating/improving bots for you ...
especially after he has lots of life users and has no more income stream.
