People aren't struggling with finding the enemy target. People are struggling with finding the enemy target without being detected. In-process aimbots have existed, but have all lead to bans and/or lawsuits. Pixel searching in general is safe and is thus the current method of choice.
The Chinese Aimbot even reads memory because he got ESP and know Enemy Position.
But it even aims through Walls and on Friendly targets i think.
And it is a Rage Hack but it works Flawless! It locks on the enemy.
Got a friend using it for a Month now and since 2 Banwaves and is not banned!
What makes Overwatch's anti cheat so powerful? Other games like CS:GO have VAC and billions of dollars in reasearch & development from Valve corp and they still can't fight off the extremely well coded aimbots. VAC has years of experience but people still penetrate their anti cheat like it's nothing. I just don't understand what magic Blizzard is doing but I've never seen such a strong anti-cheat in my life, this is ridiculous
I fully believe that the big name hackers would be able to bypass their security. Blizzard is very sue happy, so the only people making hacks are no-names with some RE/Programming skills.
Their security in general is actually quite good though. From what I know, injecting anything (not whitelisted probabably) into the game will trigger a ban. There is protection against reading memory (I think there was a bypass for this early on though). Attaching to the process (even for reading memory) is also apparently detectable.
And even if you get by all of that, they can have server sided protection and protection against any publicly released cheats/hacks. They are being VERY proactive with cheats/hacks.
