he wasn't banned, and neither was anyone else for using the hack. It's obvious he's just not comfortable with the pressure Blizzard was putting him, time to move on.

It's hard to say without any proof from someone with reputation to believe. The fact that they are SO serious about this game is cause for concern. I'm pretty sure there's a way to see what area of the head it's pointing to every time or SOME kind of pattern for them to draw data from.

Still using no ban (though i use version 1.66) it's witch hunters that cause bans spamming ban reports since the bot if set stupidly will flick all around a player like michael j fox was playing
