I don't know why no one actually knows/uses bandicam, its the same as fraps and keeps the same quality but the files are a fraction of the size.
1000x better than any other capturing software.

I'm inclined to agree on Bandicam, Fraps is only good if you have a flawless computer. Framerate spikes and enormous uncompressed videos don't make life easy.

Dxtory is also very good. There are no fps drops/reduction for me, though it's very expensive. Torrenting is also an option, though.
