After reinstall (windows) THUD want start again

Hi folks !

I need your help, I really don't understand what I'm missing ...
So today i have reinstall my OS for windows 10 LTSC N 1809, before i whas on windows 10 Pro 1903 and d3 and turbohud whas working perfectly.

Actualy i cant run turbohud. I lauch d3 and after THUD, is loading and after is crashing in task manager and nothing happen.
