Power globe expire plugin

Hello, it would be nice if someone can implement power globe expire plugin (sno 300082)

this globe, if expire, creates explosion and apply knockback and hard crowd control effect to enemies, which is a problem in meta runs with pixel barb

1) if player has buff and it's expire in 10 sec, show notification to all
2) if player is me show personal notification (optional)
3) sound notification (optional)
4) circle around player to represent explosion range and help to avoid hitting general pile of trash with this explosion (optional)
