I'm also having this issue, already verified my timezone. This started to happen after the last THUD update. What is the fix?
Any idea why TurboHUD is targeting Norton's? It is causing the time zone issue since Norton's is blocking it. THUD.PNG
Whitelist TH in Norton. Close any offending processes. I have a process that opens at a specific time, so if one of my sessions is finished before that, I can close the game, wait for the process, close it, and reopen TH and D3.
I tried disabling antivirus but to no avail. This is driving me crazy as I've been playing the current season several hours per day. Thud fires the "failed to check for updates - verify timezone" and disables itself, and I have to kill the process and relaunch. This is happening 1 to 3 times per hour.
This error started to happen only after the last Thud update, and I've been using Thud for about three years. If anyone know how to fix this issue, please let me know.

Just a tip: do not use TurbuHud directly from the desktop.

I will give that a try and see.
Windows 7, the time zone has been set, and the automatic time update is turned on
Still show'Check your time zone'
It's so tired, steam on, cs go!
Thank you for your patient answer, I seem to know the problem----
I live in China, so when I open TurboHUD, I cannot retrieve the latest version (due to the national firewall).
I tried a VPN proxy (v2rayn), and TurboHUD prompted me to turn off the proxy.
So this seems to be an endless loop.
It's like Neo entered the subway station in Matrix II. Trying to fly around, there is direction, but to no avail.
---Of course, I still hope you can tell me other ways, I will be very grateful
