Overlay taking too long to update

I'm not sure if it's a 'overlay' problem, I just don't know how to explain with words what's going on, so I hope my screenshots can do it.

TH was working fine till yesterday, but now TH seems to take too long to update its overlay. My screen looks like this:

Firstly it was just taking a bit longer than normal to adjust the overlay to my screen (as a result, my minimap was very blurred), but now it's a total mess like the screens above. I also can't close it with Ctrl + END.

What I tried to do (but didn't work):

- Updated to the most recent TH, running it without 3rd party plugins (I went back to my current TH after trying this)
- Added TH to my antivirus whitelist (Kaspersky)
- Runned D3 in 32 bits
- Runned TH as administrator
- Changed TH folder from Desktop to D:\
- Updated my Windows 10

I remember I had a few exceptions yesterday when this issued started, but now I have none

Does anyone know how to fix it? The only way to play Diablo now is by not having TH :P

- TH doesn't work in the 32 bit version
- Clear stat_tracker folder

Edit: I found the issue. My videocard was outdated.
