TurboHUD stopped working after PC restart

I downloaded TurboHUD, extracted, ran it, and everything worked fine with D3 as it was. All I did was restart my PC and now I cannot get it to work at all. I've gone through the comprehensive troubleshoot and did everything listed to no avail.

Things I've tried:

64 or 32 bit doesn't make a difference. When it was working it was working with 64.

Running as admistator doesnt matter.

Whitelisted folder in AV, no change.

Anivirus was disabled entirely, no difference.

Tried redownloading/extracting after antivirus disable, no luck.

Windowed or windowed fullscreen doesnt matter.

Tried both stable and beta TurboHud, nothing.

Can't be running on my integrated gpu, I don't have one.

Stock TurboHUD, no plugins to disable.

I have no logs generated, no errors thrown. It simply launches, shows its loading box, then stops, which I verified with task manager. I'm baffled here guys. Literally nothing changed. No updates, no setting tweak, nothing. I simply logged out, restarted my pc, logged back in, and now TurboHUD will not run no matter what I try.

PC: 9100F w/ 1650s, Windows 10 (up to date)
AV: Stock Windows 10 protection
TurboHUD: Both Stable and BETA releases from the official post.
D3: Most recent version, x64 and x32

UPDATE: In the process of messing around I tried launching TurboHUD with D3 fullscreened knowing it wouldn't work. It gave me an error message of course, however upon switching D3 back to windowed full screen, it worked fine. TurboHUD now works normally, and seems unphased by any restarts I do. I have no idea what the problem was, or why this fixed it. None of this makes sense. Should I report this as a bug or something?

Maybe your video settings glitch-switched to full screen, and when you manually turned them back and forth, it got fixed.
I've had that happen in other games where the game was showing one video setting in-game, but in the text config files it was different.
Just a thought.

i never experienced that in Diablo, but in Call of Duty Modern Warfare for example, the graphic settings quite often just reset to some bullshit, maybe somehow diablo glitched out..
