Visited by player plugin

Is it possible to create a plugin that shows a map is visited by someone else? This is useful when looking for pools outside and can save a lot of time by preventing teammates going to searched areas.
If the implementation of THud cannot achieve this, it's also fine. It's just a QoL plugin, not an extremely necessary one.
