"Object reference not set to an instance of an object." error

I've used TurboHUD for a couple of years and love it.
Recently I had to do a complete reinstall from nothing on my computer.
Same Dell x64, same OS Windows 8.1, same hardware, etc.

Now I keep getting this error message.
"Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

I've even gone into my Firewall to make sure TurboHIUD and TurboMgr
are allowed through. Also, I've reinstalled from a fresh download.

I tried to follow this on the Internet, but after reading about NullReferences
and trying to follow coding requirements, its way above my paygrade and I'm
a retired physician.

Any suggestions?
