Can't get overlay to load

So I tried setting up a new non-admin account, couldn't get THUD to load. So I decided to try on my admin account in case that was messing it up. No dice.
It still says "loading THUD please wait" in that black box, but then nothing loads.

Installed dx10.
Tried to install .NET framework but the installer said I already have it
Firewall is disabled
I put it in C: folder.

Any other suggestions?

For the record I'm in 32 bit mode, so I don't get why it thinks it's not running.

It's because you are running D3 in 32 bit mode.

TH only supports 64 bit mode of D3.
