TurboHud no longer visible

Attached is the status log with the game currently open. I am running in 64 bit and this is the latest thud patch. I have tried re-installing both d3 and thud. Thud is active in the task manager as well. Thud and d3 are set to run as an admin. No anti-virus/exceptions made to defender etc.

-Tldr : thud just stopped working the other day =[

Second Edit: Each time d3 closes it asks to update before playing again... Also the daf.txt log is saying :

The latest version is 19.10.1.0, and you are using 19.8.6.0
