    Best method would be overhead warnings for all disabled skills

    1. go here, Releases . JackCeparou/JackCeparouCompass . GitHub
    2. grab 9.1 (source) zip and extract files.
    3. in hud/plugins folder create a new folder "Jack"
    4. copy these folders from the extracted files: Alerts, Extensions, Models in to plugins/jack.

    I mean unless you want to use his entire plugin set

    Or did you mean circles like this (around player or mouse cursor)?
    Slow Time has 20 yard radius and 15 sec duration that could be easily shown.
    But I guess it needs data from actors and I don't know which of those.

    Implemented and tested in my private PowerCircle plugin:
    Code:
    // plugins/JarJar/PowerCircle   [C#] PowerCircle - Pastebin.com
    // plugins/User/Runes           [C#] Runes - Pastebin.com
    Slow Time was easy to add.
    Somebody might want to take the code and create better plugin, this should contain all required features needed for proper implementation.

    BTW, most time went to add Metor circle support.
    Last season I started Firebird Meteor wizard and it was easy to play but so slow that I quit quite soon.
