BattletagAbovePortrait strings are sometimes empty (on portraits, in plugins)

It is a temporary blizzard problem. In the chats the names do not appear either.
More than one will not realize that there is a new stable version, We have to look for it a little: WhereIsWally.png

Ah yes, I shut down TurboHUD to verify and then asked myself : So the battletags on portraits come from TurboHUD?
