Is there any plugin that draw a line between Elite and Me?

I try to find in Community Plugin, but i can't.

If you are a programmer, grab this ([ENG] Active Commend Skeleton Plugin) and modify to your needs.
It draws a line between you and the monster that has been commanded (with necro Command Skeletons).

Most of the time there is more than one elite, so you have to be more specific to which one of those you want to draw the line to!
For example largest max health, largest current health or smallest max health?
I don't know how to get monster damage it can inflict on you but there are those affixes that are sometimes important... etc.
