    I changed a cs file to open with notepad, but now turbohud won't read any cs file.

    What program do I change it back to so that turbohud reads these .cs files?

    TurboHUD should read and compile your plugins (.cs files) regardless of which default app is used to view them. What you're stating makes no sense and you possibly have errors in a or some plugins (.cs files).
