Thud not functioning?

Thud was just working for me earlier today...i tried to open it up later in the day and it wont open. any 1 else having this issue??

I saw this in my logs as well...

2019.07.28 23:08:08.519 loading plugins
2019.07.28 23:08:08.662 plugins loaded
2019.07.28 23:08:08.664 terminate TurboHUD because Diablo 3 is not running
2019.07.28 23:08:08.671 exit

D3 is indeed running tho

See if D3 is running with 64 bit client.

Maybe battlenet app got a reset.
