What is the meaning of SNO?

I searched for these keywords in the community, but I couldn't find any posts that could explain them to me.

What is the meaning of SNO in hud?

I see a lot of SNOPOWER SNOSKILL.

1.What's the difference between them and power and skill?

2.What does ISnoMonster means in IMonster?

3.Is Sno an abbreviation for a word or a word?

I'm confused. Please give me some guidance.
    Thank you.

Well, no official info on this but from this post

    I think I understand a little bit.

Example: IMonster just a wrapper for monster info in game, and the ISnoMonster is the SNO piece info which saved in the MPQ file.

    Maybe that's what it means?

    Thank you, Jack !
