turbohud exceptions when trying to install plugins

hello guys,
when I try to install a plugin I have "turbohud Exceptions (X)" X means number, last time it was 2, and Turbohud doesn't work. When I delete these plugins, it works.
Could you help me please?

I tried to instal a plugin to see zei's ring today and this is the exception log exceptions.txt

You have two problems to solve:
1) clear folder C:\Users\Tar3k\Desktop\turbo\stat_tracker\
2) if you want to use any Resu plugin you also need download his HotEnablerDisablerPlugin because all Resu plugins need this one
Also remove all files in C:\Users\Tar3k\Desktop\turbo\ with prefix plugins_compiled* because they contain only errors
