Can confirm this!
I'm not using CooldownSoundPlayer but I'm using SoundPlayer..PlaySync() directly and it plays the sound(s) continuously after the first time I play them.
Does not even stop when I teleport back to to town.
I have to revert to version 19.3.6.0 which worked OK.
fixed in latest release
