- clear logs folder
- enter a game ALONE (single player)
- do not go anywhere (do not swith areas, WP, TP, etc)
- start this build
- exit HUD
- post daf.txt and pk2.txt here

Here are my two files. And yes, even I have the same issue. This is with 19.1.18.0. Had the same issue with 19.1.17.4. I will test with 19.1.17.3 and report.

Same thing with 19.1.17.3. I did notice one thing with all 3 versions, and I will attach the file in .txt format. It is a plugins_compiled with a hash number file. It does not have an extension on it, but did occur with all three versions and was put in the main TH folder. It has mostly symbols in it when viewed as a text file (It is not meant to be viewed as text). I am including the daf.txt file. Unfortunately the plugins_compiled file is too large (251 KB) to fit in...

plugins_compiled is a cache of your plugins (compiled to a dll) allowing HUD to run faster. When it starts, it makes a checksum of your plugins and if there is a matching file then it will load that instead of re-compiling them.
