I can't seem to get this turned off. I did the things I read from other post.

I did finially at one point the other day get it to stop for a session, but it starting right back the next time I log in. Is it a bug or am I doing something wrong.

Go into plugins/default/paragoncaptureplugin.cs and look for public ParagonCapturePlugin()
{
Enabled = true; and change true to false to disable it, or that's how i do it, also keep in mind you have to change it after every update that gets pushed out

Its best practice to not modify anything in the default directory. You should edit \plugins\User\PluginEnablerOrDisablerPlugin.txt by adding the line

Hud.TogglePlugin<ParagonCapturePlugin>(false);

on line 42 next to all the examples. Then save it as PluginEnablerOrDisablerPlugin.cs

This will turn it off permanently, provided that you copy over your user folder (which you should be doing, as it should contain all your other personal edits to THUD)
