Sanctuary config or fix this plugin!!

Yo, ive done a great pack of plugins but i dont know how to repair/change plugins, and i would like to use this sanctuary or a good one!!!:gusta:
If u guys know one or can help me on this one i would love it! Ty mates!

User5981 helped me but still with problem, the visual config didnt work, still loking the original one

Where do i put it?
This plugin didnt work aswell... Ive tryed to put at plugin enable/disable but i got exceptions.
At psycho looks like this just dont charge.
