Exceptions when using GLQ/baneofthestrickenplugin.cs, Psycho/ShrineLabelsPlugin.cs and RuneB/PartyCooldownsPlugin.cs

This thing did not happen when I'm using TurboHUD 18.8.31.0 (v7.7) STABLE for Diablo III 2.6.1.51663 (64 bit) version.

same issue here, did fresh instal, litlerally cant finish a single t13 rift without getting exceptions

From a previous TurboHUD changelog :

existing user-made plugins which read Hud.Game.Shrines, Hud.Game.NormalChests, Hud.Game.ResplendentChests
should be fixed by filtering out the "inactive" stuff, using something like this

Hud.Game.NormalChests.Where(x => !x.IsDisabled && !x.IsOperated)

I did the change in DeluxeShrineLabelsPlugin.cs but I don't know if he did it in ShrineLabelsPlugin.cs .
