I have noticed for a long time, right after a new patch.
One of bugs on a screenshot. A simulacrum shows as a minion. Shows also some monsters as an elite pack ice. Kickback time on skills disappears.

I have Aero disabled. This is really frustrating because it worked seamlessly before the patch that broke it 's Maphack works like a champ. I really wish they could figure this out : (
