Unable to retrieve latest version info for TurbuHUD

I am having this issue since yesterday. It worked fine the day befor and I didnt change anything. I found the same problem already on the forum. It was fixed there by deleting every old file from turbo and then downloading the new version again. I have done that many times by now. I have even deleted my winrar just to be safe that the cache doesnt hold any old file. I am on the newest version. But I simply cant get it running anymore.
Could use some help. I hope that I am just too retarded to see the obvious problem.
In advanse to the answers. This accours with no firewall or antivir program running.

remove line with pastebin.com from hosts file located in your windows\system32\drivers\etc\
