I would look into ISnoItemMod[] Mods or ISnoPower LegendaryPower.
My bet would be Mods as they have Min/Max values and cubed items are always on their Max value.
But things are really challenging as you have to know (understand) the used algos for the data and how they navigate inside those data structs KJ provides to us for use.

I've just played with actual items (and their attribute values) and never bothered where those UI texts come from.
