Remove PlayerBottomBuffListPlugin BuffRule

I would like to remove this Rule :

RuleCalculator.Rules.Add(new BuffRule(403471) { IconIndex = null, MinimumIconCount = 1, ShowStacks = true, ShowTimeLeft = true }); // Taeguk

from PlayerBottomBuffListPlugin using the customization file.

How to proceed?

is it possible to do it only for a specific buffrule (not all of them) as I would like to keep Focus & Restraint visible?
