KJ : PluginEnablerOrDisablerPlugin : Hero name or class customization

Hi KJ,
A frequent request from users of my plugins is to be able to enable/disable a plugin by class (or more precise : hero name).
Maybe this should be done in PluginEnablerOrDisablerPlugin to avoid each dev to add that option/customization in each plugin ?

a sort of :

Hud.TogglePlugin<AwesomePlugin>[Hero:HeroName1,HeroName2][Class:Barbarian,DemonHunter](false);

As PluginEnablerOrDisablerPlugin loads at start, my idea is not good,
but I can do a plugin that returns a bool if a user has specified public values : PluginName, Hero or class (for which the plugin has to be disabled) in PluginEnablerOrDisablerPlugin so every dev can add a line that stops the plugin if the bool is true.
