Plugins not working

I can't get any plugin to work. I know you're supposed to make a folder in the plugins with the author and the filename.cs with the code in it. I've done this previously, but for some reason it isnt loading any of the plug ins this time around. The ones I've tried so far are and neither of them work, are the elite bar and monster circles. Any help is appreciated.

Looking at the logs, it says they load the plugins, but I don't see them when in game. I've also made sure it's converted to a .cs file rather than just a .txt file

Please make sure that the plugin you use is the latest version? Sometimes the HUD update will break the plugin
Is there any exception to the log?

Kill TH process, clean C:\Users\XXXX\Desktop\t hud\stat_tracker\ folder and start TH as administrator.

U have problem with files/right not with prugins.
