If all the Eule.py options work without Turbohud running, it is because it does not depend on it and I interpret that you will not be banned if you use that tool.

I followed your same RNN line of reasoning. I was worried because Eule.py has this function of auto-exe of the 2 software that is on the banned list (pHelper and Fiddler). Now I'm more unconcerned about Eule.py.

All my Tools + Pure Tools from Whatever dont use require TurboHud to run so its safe to use.

I guess this was a lie or your ban wasn't wide enough. I am still using a helper that uses the latest version of turbohud and so are many of my friends and none of us got any message or bans from turbohud. Did you only ban some of the battlenet accounts you found were using thud with helper? Are we safe to use the helper we are using and can we chill for the rest of the season or are you still coming after people with banwaves in the upcoming weeks?

What I do:
- I collect the btag hashes during this season and from next season (or maybe before) HUD will not work for those who are blacklisted. Ever.
- your "ban token" is sent to me in random times, so you will probably sit looong hours in front of WireShark to find it
- your ban is not applied immediately. In fact currently I am just collecting the tokens and ban all the hackers in a wave. Thank you for the idea, Blizzard!

What I will do:
- at a random point of time and space I'll ban the users behind the ban tokens and you can't start TurboHUD anymore using your Diablo account

So I downloaded the new THUD but I forgot to remove the plugins for pHelper in the plugins folder, does this count as bannable? I didnt start any helpers whatsoever but I didnt think of the plugin for it when I copied the plugins from the previous THUD folder. :|

I'm going to guess this is a good thing. I don't think the majority of TH users wish to use it for cheating. I don't know what PHelper is, I don't want to know. Heck I don't even know how to use a plugin or even what plugins I ought to be using. I'm happy with TH right out of the box. Happy enough that I won't play D3 without it. And anyone using it for cheats just makes it far more risky for those of us who use it simply for some quality of life additions.
