Is TurboHud safe to use in Seasons?

I tried finding some posts but couldn't find it that fast. I remember from a long time ago that TurboHud wasn't safe to use in Seasons. Is that still the same, or will you get detected and your character gets set back to non-Seasonal?

Any public program can be analyzed and then easily detected. Blizzard already knows who uses TH

It is a crime in itself to issue a contract against the governing/supreme laws and therefore there is no binding provision!
